Whale Watching with Island Mariner Cruises

Sunday, Sep 7, 2008 10:00am Bellingham,  WA

The oldest and still best whale watching cruise in the Pacific Northwest, since 1962. Whale watching is safer and more comfortable from our BIG BOAT, the 110" Island Caper, that is high above the water for better visibility for photography and viewing. Warm seating inside and out. Snack bar and restrooms can used underway. Learn from our naturalist about marine mammals, birds, area history, geology, weather, tides, botany, and the wonderful Orca whales. Gray whales, porpoises, sea lions, seals, and bald eagles can be seen on our cruise. Island Mariner Cruises has the only seaplane to spot the whales. Whenever possible, the pilot will fly by and land so you can enjoy and photograph the artwork of the plane. It is painted in Salish Indian art. We are proud Safe Whale Watching members. Group charters are available for weddings, business meetings, clubs, birthdays, and sunset dinner and/or cocktail cruises. Reservation requested. Walk-ins welcome.
